By participating in the Orlando Fashion LLC Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and guidelines for your social media use:
Brand Representation: You will represent Orlando Fashion LLC in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner across all social media platforms. You must post content that aligns with Orlando Fashion LLC’s brand values, including creativity, professionalism, inclusivity, and community empowerment. Avoid any content that could harm the company’s reputation or deviate from its core values.
Brand-Specific Content: As an Ambassador, you may be asked to create or share content that promotes Orlando Fashion LLC’s products, events, campaigns, or initiatives. You agree to use official brand assets (e.g., logos, images, hashtags) provided by Orlando Fashion LLC for promotional posts. All content shared should represent the company in a positive light and adhere to the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
Hashtags and Mentions: You agree to use appropriate hashtags and tag the official Orlando Fashion LLC social media handles in all related posts. For example, use hashtags such as #Orlandofashionmagazine, #OrlandoFashionpodcast, #orlandofashionstore and any campaign-specific hashtags provided by Orlando Fashion LLC. Proper tagging ensures that all brand content is connected to the official Orlando Fashion channels.
Disclosure: You must disclose your relationship with Orlando Fashion LLC in any posts that feature company products or campaigns. The required disclosure includes using tags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #OrlandoFashionAmbassador to clearly identify that the post is part of the Ambassador Program.
Frequency of Posts: You are expected to maintain a consistent presence on social media, engaging with your audience and promoting Orlando Fashion LLC as agreed upon in the Ambassador Program. The frequency and type of content will be communicated by the program manager and may vary depending on your assigned tasks or campaigns.
Content Approval: Any promotional content created for Orlando Fashion LLC must be submitted for approval prior to being posted, especially if it involves new products, campaigns, or sensitive topics. Orlando Fashion LLC reserves the right to request modifications or reject content that does not align with brand guidelines.
Content Ownership: All content created for the Orlando Fashion LLC Ambassador Program, including photos, videos, and written posts, becomes the intellectual property of Orlando Fashion LLC. You agree that Orlando Fashion LLC can use this content in any marketing or promotional materials, across any platform, without compensation beyond what was agreed upon in your contract.
Respect and Inclusivity: You agree to engage respectfully with others online and to promote inclusivity and diversity in your posts. Avoid any offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory language or behavior. If you encounter negativity or harassment related to your posts, report it to Orlando Fashion LLC’s management for further handling.
While representing Orlando Fashion LLC, you may be expected to use your personal social media accounts for brand-related activities. However, your personal accounts should still adhere to the following standards:
Personal and Professional Boundaries: You must clearly distinguish between your personal life and your role as an Ambassador of Orlando Fashion LLC. Content that does not align with Orlando Fashion LLC’s values or could damage the brand’s reputation should not be associated with the program.
Privacy: You are responsible for maintaining privacy settings on your accounts. While you may be asked to share behind-the-scenes content, event highlights, or personal insights, you must ensure that the content shared respects the privacy of others and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
No Negative Content: You are prohibited from posting or engaging with negative content about Orlando Fashion LLC, its products, services, or other Ambassadors. Any feedback or concerns about the program should be communicated directly to Orlando Fashion LLC’s management team, not on public platforms.
Orlando Fashion LLC reserves the right to monitor the social media activities of its Ambassadors, particularly as they relate to the brand. If an Ambassador is found to be violating the Social Media Policy or posting content that is harmful to the brand or its reputation, the following actions may be taken:
Content Removal: Orlando Fashion LLC may request the removal or revision of social media content that does not align with brand guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
Program Suspension: Repeated violations or severe breaches of this policy may result in suspension or removal from the Ambassador Program.
Termination of Agreement: In extreme cases, Orlando Fashion LLC reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador’s participation in the program for violating the Social Media Policy, including engaging in inappropriate conduct on social media that negatively impacts the brand.
By signing below, you acknowledge the following:
You have read and understood the Orlando Fashion LLC Social Media Policy and agree to abide by the guidelines outlined above.
You grant permission to Orlando Fashion LLC to monitor your social media activities as they relate to the Ambassador Program.
You agree to follow the brand-specific guidelines, including using approved hashtags, disclosing paid partnerships, and representing the company in a professional and positive light.
You acknowledge that Orlando Fashion LLC reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject any social media content related to the brand and its campaigns.
You understand that failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of your participation in the Ambassador Program.
