Brand Representation: Promote Orlando Fashion in a positive light to increase brand awareness and strengthen our community presence. This includes representing the company at events such as Workshops, fashion shows, product launches, and other promotional activities. Ambassadors should actively engage with event attendees, answer questions, and foster enthusiasm about our brand’s initiatives.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in local cultural and fashion events. Ambassadors are expected to network with designers, artists, and community members, building relationships that reflect Orlando Fashion’s supportive spirit. You are encouraged to support local creative projects, attend meetups or workshops, and help connect community members with our platform.
Social Media Advocacy: Serve as a digital advocate for Orlando Fashion. This involves creating and sharing content about our brand’s campaigns, products, and events on your social media channels. Ambassadors should engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a friendly, helpful manner, just as they would with customers in person. You should stay informed about our latest magazine issues, podcast episodes, store offerings, and studio projects to accurately promote them online.
Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with Orlando Fashion’s internal teams (marketing, events, etc.) by providing feedback and new ideas. As an Ambassador, you have first-hand insight into the community’s interests – sharing this feedback helps us improve campaigns and create content that resonates. Be proactive in suggesting creative ideas for community initiatives or identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility, aligning with the innovative spirit of our company.
Continuous Learning: Take initiative to learn about Orlando Fashion’s latest updates, offerings, and values. Ambassadors are expected to stay up-to-date on brand knowledge – from understanding our platform features to knowing key details of upcoming events or collaborations. This continuous learning enables you to represent us authentically and answer questions from the public accurately.
All Orlando Fashion Ambassadors must uphold the highest standards of personal conduct. When representing the brand, whether at an event or online, you are expected to act with integrity and professionalism:
Respectful Communication: Always communicate with courtesy, empathy, and respect. This applies to interactions with event attendees, customers, fellow ambassadors, Orlando Fashion staff, and the general public. Use polite and positive language, and listen actively to others. Under no circumstances should you use profanity, slurs, or derogatory remarks in your role.
Professional Behavior: Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on Orlando Fashion. This means being dependable, punctual for events/meetings, and prepared for your duties. Arrive on time (or early) to events and scheduled activities, and if you commit to a responsibility or shift, fulfill it reliably. Maintain a helpful and approachable attitude at all times. Remember that even off-duty, your actions can reflect on the brand, so exercise good judgment in public settings and on social media.
Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all ambassador activities. Do not engage in any form of unethical behavior such as accepting kickbacks, soliciting personal gifts from partners, or misrepresenting our brand. If you are offered opportunities (e.g., media interviews or collaborations) because of your Ambassador status, handle them transparently and with Orlando Fashion’s knowledge/approval. Avoid any conduct that could result in conflicts of interest or tarnish the reputation of Orlando Fashion. Should a potential conflict of interest arise (for example, representing another fashion brand concurrently), disclose it to the program coordinator immediately.
Sobriety and Safety: Refrain from excessive alcohol or any illegal substance use while representing the brand. If you are at an event where alcohol is present, exercise moderation and ensure you remain professional and capable of performing your ambassador duties. Never drink underage or engage in illegal activities at Orlando Fashion functions. Prioritize safety for yourself and those around you – this includes adhering to event safety rules, local laws, and any instructions from event organizers or Orlando Fashion management.
Positive Attitude: Embody the creative, optimistic spirit of Orlando Fashion. Be an encouraging presence – motivate fellow community members, celebrate others’ successes, and handle challenges with grace. We count on our ambassadors to be role models in the community, demonstrating how professionalism and creativity go hand-in-hand in the fashion entertainment industry.
Inclusivity is one of Orlando Fashion’s core values, and we are proud to embrace diversity in all forms. Ambassadors must champion inclusivity and refrain from any form of harassment or discrimination:
Respect for All: Treat everyone with fairness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their background or identity. Orlando Fashion does not tolerate discrimination or harassment by any ambassador in any form, including but not limited to offensive or derogatory language based on age, race, ethnicity, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, military status, marital status, physical or mental disability, gender, sexual orientation, or native language. Any behavior that marginalizes, intimidates, or mistreats others is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance Policy: If an ambassador is found to engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory conduct, it is grounds for immediate review and potential removal from the Ambassador Program. This applies to conduct at events, online interactions, and even private settings when the conduct impacts the community or the brand’s reputation. Ambassadors are expected to intervene (if it is safe to do so) or notify Orlando Fashion management if they witness harassment or exclusionary behavior at any brand-related function.
Support for Underrepresented Communities: Orlando Fashion’s vision of community empowerment means actively uplifting underrepresented voices in fashion. Ambassadors should strive to be allies and advocates. For example, be inclusive in recruiting participants for events and campaigns, encourage and welcome designers, models, and artists from underrepresented groups, and ensure everyone feels valued at our events. In your social media content, you are encouraged to highlight diverse talent and promote messages of equality and empowerment. We celebrate the rich tapestry of culture in Orlando’s fashion scene – our Ambassadors should both reflect and promote that diversity.
Inclusive Language & Imagery: Use inclusive language in your communications. Avoid stereotypes or assumptions about any group. When creating content or representing the brand, ensure that our imagery and messages are welcoming to all (this includes being mindful of representation in photos, avoiding culturally insensitive outfits or language, etc.). If you’re unsure whether something is culturally appropriate or inclusive, seek guidance from Orlando Fashion staff.
Accessible and Welcoming Environment: At events, play an active role in making sure attendees feel welcome. Greet newcomers warmly, introduce people to one another, and help anyone who seems isolated to engage. Small actions – like using preferred pronouns, respecting dietary/cultural restrictions, or accommodating persons with disabilities (e.g., pointing out wheelchair-accessible routes at a venue) – go a long way in manifesting our inclusive ethos. Remember, as an Ambassador you set the tone: make it one of acceptance and celebration of differences.
Ambassadors are highly visible on social media and online platforms, often serving as the first point of contact between the public and our brand. Therefore, it is crucial to follow Orlando Fashion’s social media standards and digital etiquette:
Brand-Aligned Content: When posting about Orlando Fashion or in your capacity as an Ambassador, ensure your content aligns with the brand’s image and values. This means showcasing creativity (highlighting innovative fashion, art, and technology), professionalism (quality photos/videos and well-written captions), and positivity. Content should be appropriate for a broad audience – avoid obscene images, nudity, or anything that could be considered distasteful or harmful to our reputation. If unsure about a piece of content, seek approval from the support team, or refer to our official Social Media Policy for guidance.
Disclosure and Hashtags: Be transparent about your relationship with Orlando Fashion. In line with FTC guidelines, always disclose that you are an Orlando Fashion Ambassador when promoting our brand on social media. Use designated hashtags or captions that clearly identify your posts as ambassador content (e.g., #Orlandofashionmagazine, #orlandofashionstore, #orlandofashionpodcast) so that viewers understand your connection to our company.
Tagging and Brand Mentions: Always tag the official Orlando Fashion accounts when appropriate (e.g., @Orlandofashionmagazine on platforms like Instagram/@_orlandofashion for x.com/@orlandofashionmagazine for facebook). This amplifies our message and keeps your followers connected to the source. Follow any specific social media campaign guidelines you are given (such as posting on certain dates or highlighting particular messages). Additionally, respect tagging etiquette: only tag individuals or partners in posts if relevant to the content and with proper context.
Content Standards: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in grammar, tone, and style. Double-check posts for spelling or grammatical errors before publishing – remember, you are a voice of our brand, and clarity and quality matter. Do not engage in defamatory, false, or misleading statements about any person or organization. Avoid controversial topics not relevant to our brand (such as partisan politics or personal religious debates) on channels where you represent Orlando Fashion. Our goal is to unite the creative community, so keep content focused on fashion, arts, culture, and positive community stories.
Engagement Etiquette: Interact with the online community in a respectful and brand-appropriate manner. Respond to comments, questions, and messages about Orlando Fashion helpfully and promptly. Encourage discussion and creative exchange, but do not engage in arguments or hostile exchanges. If someone posts criticism or incorrect information about the brand, respond diplomatically or refer the matter to Orlando Fashion staff rather than escalating online. Never post or respond in anger. Maintain the same standards of inclusivity online as outlined above – moderate any communities or group chats you host to ensure they remain welcoming and free of harassment.
Privacy and Permissions Online: Protect privacy when posting content. Do not post personal details of private individuals (contact info, personal stories) without consent. If sharing photos from events, ensure you have permission from those photographed (especially for minors) or that it was an event where attendees were informed photography would occur. Always credit artists or photographers if you share their work, and adhere to any platform rules and intellectual property laws when posting content (e.g., use only music or images you have rights to or that are royalty-free when making videos).
Compliance with Platform Rules: Follow the terms of service of each social media platform. For example, do not create multiple fake accounts, do not engage in spammy behavior (like mass following/unfollowing or inappropriate DMs), and do not run unauthorized promotions or giveaways under Orlando Fashion’s name. If you host a contest or giveaway as an Ambassador, it must be approved by Orlando Fashion and comply with platform and legal guidelines.
Social Media Security: As an Ambassador, you may be granted access to certain brand social accounts or groups. Keep all login credentials secure – do not share passwords or let others post on your behalf without authorization. If you notice any hacking or misuse of an Orlando Fashion social account, report it immediately. Also, maintain security on your own accounts (use strong passwords) to prevent hijacking, since your account is tied to the brand’s image.
Ambassadors often have access to Orlando Fashion’s branded materials, logos, and content. It’s essential to use these assets responsibly and in accordance with our guidelines:
Logo and Brand Assets: Use Orlando Fashion logos, trademarks, and graphics only in their approved forms. Do not alter the colors, dimensions, or overall appearance of our logo without permission. High-resolution logos and style guides will be provided to you – please refer to these for proper usage. When creating flyers, social media posts, or any promotional material as an Ambassador, ensure the branding meets our standards (correct logo placement, brand colors, fonts, etc.). If you’re unsure, consult with our design team for approval of any custom materials.
Merchandise and Apparel: If you are provided with official Orlando Fashion apparel or accessories (e.g., Ambassador t-shirts, badges, or event uniforms), these should be worn as instructed during official events or appearances. Take care of any branded merchandise in your possession – do not give away or sell Orlando Fashion branded items without authorization. If you design or customize clothing to wear at events in representation of Orlando Fashion, ensure it is in good taste and aligns with our branding.
Authorized Use Only: Do not use Orlando Fashion’s name, logos, or materials for any personal business or unaffiliated events without explicit permission. For example, you should not put our logo on merchandise you create for sale, or use our brand name to co-host an event, without approval. Ambassadors are not authorized to speak to the media or issue public statements on behalf of Orlando Fashion unless given clearance by a company official. If contacted by press or asked to comment as a representative, kindly refer them to Orlando Fashion’s media relations, or follow the media guidelines provided to you.
Intellectual Property Respect: Uphold copyright and intellectual property laws in all Ambassador activities. Do not distribute Orlando Fashion’s internal materials, unpublished content, or proprietary information to the public or competitors. Any photographs, videos, or articles provided to you by Orlando Fashion (for example, magazine content, unreleased campaign images, or podcast recordings) remain the intellectual property of Orlando Fashion or the original creators. You may share these on your platforms only in the manner and timeframe the company approves. Do not remove any copyright notices or watermarks from official content. Similarly, when creating your own content involving our brand, respect the intellectual property of others (e.g., music, artwork) as mentioned in Social Media Guidelines.
Third-Party Collaborations: If you collaborate with a third-party (another brand, photographer, designer, etc.) while in your role as Ambassador, ensure any use of Orlando Fashion branding in that collaboration is pre-approved. Any co-branded materials or cross-promotions must be reviewed by Orlando Fashion to ensure consistency with our brand image and to avoid conflict with our partnerships or sponsorships. Always clarify the scope of your authority – you cannot sign contracts or agreements on Orlando Fashion’s behalf. Direct any formal proposals or sponsorship opportunities to the Orlando Fashion management for consideration.
In the course of your ambassadorship, you may become privy to sensitive information about Orlando Fashion LLC, its partners, or individuals in the community. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting privacy is mandatory:
Company Confidential Information: Do not disclose any non-public information about Orlando Fashion’s operations, strategies, or plans. Confidential information includes (but is not limited to) upcoming campaign details, event plans not yet announced, business strategies, financial information, partnership or sponsorship details, and any internal correspondence or documents marked as confidential. Safeguard this information just as you would your own personal sensitive data. Even after your tenure as an Ambassador ends, the obligation to keep such information confidential remains.
Personal Data: If you have access to personal data through Orlando Fashion (for instance, contact info of other ambassadors, guest lists for an event, or customer emails from a promotion), you must handle this data with care and in compliance with privacy laws. Do not share or leak anyone’s personal information. Use such data only for its intended purpose (e.g., contacting a winner of a giveaway) and follow Orlando Fashion’s data protection policies. All personal data should be stored securely and deleted when no longer required.
Privacy of Colleagues and Community: Respect the privacy of fellow ambassadors, Orlando Fashion staff, and community members. Do not publicly share private conversations or personal stories you learn in the Ambassador role without consent. Similarly, avoid discussing internal Ambassador Program matters (chats, meetings, strategy discussions) in public forums or on social media. We foster trust by ensuring a safe space for communication within our team.
Media and Public Queries: If someone (e.g., a journalist or blogger) asks you for information that you’re unsure is public, do not feel pressured to answer on the spot. It’s perfectly acceptable to say, “I’ll check with the Orlando Fashion team and get back to you.” Then consult with your program supervisor for guidance on how to proceed. Do not confirm or deny rumors or unofficial information about the company. Ambassadors should never speak “off the record” about internal matters – if it’s not something already published or approved for public release, treat it as confidential.
Reporting Breaches: If you suspect that confidential information has been lost or compromised (e.g., you lose a device that had sensitive info, or you learn of a leak), report it immediately to Orlando Fashion management. Quick reporting allows the company to take steps per our Data Breach Notification Policy to mitigate any damage. Remember, keeping information secure is a collective responsibility – when in doubt about sharing something, practice caution or ask our support team.
Orlando Fashion Ambassadors are style leaders and are expected to maintain a fashion-forward yet professional appearance that reflects the brand’s image at events and in content creation. Our dress code is guided by creativity and respect for diverse fashion expressions, but also by the need to present ourselves professionally:
Fashion-Forward Representation: Embrace current trends and your personal creativity in your attire, while aligning with Orlando Fashion’s aesthetic. We encourage ambassadors to showcase unique style and originality – after all, we are a creativity-driven brand – but ensure your outfits remain polished and event-appropriate. For instance, at a high-end fashion gala, you might wear avant-garde or couture-inspired pieces, whereas at a community arts fair, a more casual, trendy look would be suitable. Always aim to inspire others with your style without overshadowing the event or drawing negative attention.
Appropriateness and Professionalism: Dress appropriately for each event’s context. Your clothing should be neat, clean, and functional for your role. If you’ll be moving equipment or active on your feet, opt for stylish yet comfortable options. Avoid attire that is excessively revealing or could be considered offensive. Garments with offensive language, images, or political statements are not permitted when representing the brand. When in doubt, err on the side of modesty and professionalism – you can be fashionable without compromising on respectability. Remember that as an Ambassador, your appearance contributes to first impressions of Orlando Fashion.
Brand Alignment: Incorporate Orlando Fashion branding or colors when possible. If we have official event shirts or name tags, please wear them as instructed. For less formal events, consider wearing our brand colors or themed accessories. This not only boosts brand visibility but also helps attendees identify you as an official Ambassador. However, do not wear counterfeit or competitor brands’ logos prominently at Orlando Fashion events. For example, avoid large visible branding of other fashion companies on your outfit during official duties, to prevent confusion about who you represent.
Grooming and Hygiene: Maintain good personal grooming and hygiene. Hair, makeup, and accessories can certainly express your individuality, but they should be neat and suitable for the occasion. If you wear makeup, ensure it’s event-appropriate (e.g., waterproof for outdoor events, high-fashion for runway events, etc.). Keep nails clean and well-kept. Use personal fragrance sparingly, being mindful of others who may have sensitivities. A well-groomed appearance shows respect for yourself, the brand, and the people you interact with.
Dress Code Compliance: If Orlando Fashion provides specific dress guidelines for a particular event or campaign (for example, “all black attire” for stage crew at a fashion show, or a themed costume for a promotional event), follow those guidelines precisely. Such instructions will be given in advance. Failure to adhere to an event-specific dress code can result in being asked to change or sit out the event, which could also impact your standing in the program. Should you ever be unsure about what attire is expected, ask our events team beforehand. It’s always better to clarify than to show up inappropriately dressed.
Showcasing Local Designers: As part of supporting the community, we love when our Ambassadors wear items from local Orlando designers or Orlando Fashion Store vendors, as long as they meet the above standards. This is not mandatory, but it’s a great way to embody our community empowerment value by literally wearing it. If you choose to do so, feel free to mention the designer in conversation or on social media – it aligns with our goal of uplifting local fashion talent. Just ensure any brand mentions on social media follow the disclosure guidelines (e.g., if it’s a personal purchase vs. a sponsored item).
We value the contributions of our Ambassadors and are committed to supporting your success. In return, we have certain performance expectations to ensure the program’s efficacy and fairness. This section outlines how Ambassadors will be evaluated, and the accountability measures in place:
Commitment & Participation: Ambassadors are expected to actively participate in Orlando Fashion initiatives. This includes meeting reasonable activity levels such as attending a minimum number of events, creating content or posts at a set frequency, or fulfilling specific campaign tasks (as will be detailed in your Ambassador agreement). While we understand everyone has varying schedules, consistent inactivity or lack of engagement without communication may result in reevaluation of your role. If you anticipate needing a hiatus (due to exams, work, etc.), inform the program coordinator – we strive to be flexible when communicated with.
Quality of Work: Whether it’s a social media post or help staffing an event booth, do your tasks to the best of your ability. We will periodically review the content you produce and solicit feedback from event leads. Ambassadors should adhere to any provided guidelines for tasks – for example, if asked to gather sign-ups at an event, ensure the information collected is accurate and submitted on time; if writing a blog piece for our magazine, follow the editorial brief given. Show initiative and pride in your work, reflecting the professionalism we expect.
Reviews and Check-Ins: Orlando Fashion will conduct regular check-ins, which may be quarterly or tied to campaign cycles. These check-ins are a chance to review your performance and experience as an Ambassador. We’ll celebrate successes, provide constructive feedback, and discuss any support you might need. This is a two-way conversation – ambassadors are encouraged to share their thoughts on how the program is going and any ideas for improvement. The tone of reviews is meant to be supportive and developmental, not punitive. Our goal is to help you grow as a community leader while ensuring our brand is well-represented.
Accountability Mechanisms: In the event an Ambassador does not meet the expectations or violates the Code of Conduct, the following steps may be taken:
Verbal or Written Warning: For a first-time or minor infraction (e.g., a single missed event without notice, or a mild breach of social media policy), a program coordinator will discuss the issue with you and remind you of the correct expectations. This will often be documented via email as a formal warning.
Performance Improvement Plan: If issues persist (e.g., repeated lateness, ongoing low activity, or multiple minor social media issues), we may put an Ambassador on a temporary improvement plan. This will outline specific steps and a timeline for correction. For example, it might require attending the next two major events and increasing social media engagement by a certain amount. The goal is to clarify what’s needed for you to remain in good standing.
Removal from Program: Severe or continued violations of this Code of Conduct will result in termination of your role as an Ambassador. Examples of grounds for immediate removal include egregious misconduct such as harassment/discrimination, theft or fraud, intentional damage to the brand’s reputation, or breach of confidentiality. Orlando Fashion reserves the right to remove an Ambassador at any time if we believe it is in the best interest of the community and the company. In such cases, you will be notified in writing of the decision and the reason.
Appeal Process: We understand misunderstandings can happen. If you believe a decision regarding your status (warning, suspension, or removal) is unfair or based on incomplete information, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Ambassador Program Manager or appropriate contact within two weeks of the decision. State clearly the grounds of your appeal and any supporting facts. Orlando Fashion’s leadership will review the appeal and respond with a final decision. Our aim is to be fair and transparent, but also to maintain the integrity of the program.
Accountability to Community: Beyond internal reviews, remember you are accountable to the community. If community members report or witness Ambassador misconduct, we will take those reports seriously. Always act in a way that if observed by an Orlando Fashion team member or a community member, you would feel proud and justified. In many ways, your reputation is our reputation. Upholding this Code ensures both remain strong.
Recognition of Excellence: On a positive note, meeting and exceeding expectations can lead to recognition and rewards. Top-performing Ambassadors may receive public shout-outs, additional perks, leadership opportunities, or advancement within the program. We want to acknowledge when Ambassadors exemplify our values of creativity, professionalism, inclusivity, and community empowerment in extraordinary ways. Strive not just to avoid mistakes, but to proactively make a difference in our community.
Orlando Fashion LLC was founded on the principle of empowering the local creative community. Ambassadors are more than just promoters; you are community builders. This section underscores your role in supporting local culture and innovation:
Champion Local Creatives: Use your platform to highlight and uplift local fashion talent. This could be as simple as spotlighting a local designer’s work on your Instagram story, or as involved as helping to organize a showcase event for emerging designers. By giving exposure to Central Florida’s fashion artists, entrepreneurs, and marginalized voices, you directly advance Orlando Fashion’s community mission. Remember our mantra of helping to transform and connect our community with creativity and innovation – live this by being the connector between talent and opportunity.
Volunteerism and Mentorship: Whenever possible, get involved in community empowerment initiatives. Orlando Fashion may host workshops, panels, or mentoring sessions for aspiring models, designers, or youth interested in fashion/tech. Ambassadors are encouraged to volunteer at such events – for example, by sharing your experiences, providing guidance, or simply helping events run smoothly. Your passion and expertise can inspire others. Furthermore, if you have specialized skills (photography, social media marketing, styling, etc.), we invite you to contribute those in mentoring settings or community programs under the Orlando Fashion umbrella.
Collaboration and Networking: Build bridges within the community. Introduce people who might collaborate well together (e.g., a photographer you know to a designer looking for a photoshoot). Attend other local creative events (art exhibits, tech meetups, etc.) as an Orlando Fashion representative, and share back insights or contacts that could spark collaborations for our brand. Always identify yourself as an Ambassador when networking on behalf of Orlando Fashion, and uphold our values in those interactions. The more connected the community is, the more everyone benefits.
Community Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of Orlando Fashion in the community. Gather input, ideas, and even critiques from community members and relay them to the team. Perhaps local boutique owners have ideas for joint events, or students express what resources they need – bring these to Orlando Fashion’s attention. By doing so, you ensure that our initiatives remain community-driven and responsive to the actual needs and aspirations of Orlando’s creatives.
Inclusivity in Community Efforts: Ensure that our community empowerment efforts are inclusive. When planning or participating in events, consider how to involve underrepresented groups (e.g., ensure a venue is accessible, invite a diverse range of speakers or models, etc.). Be mindful of cultural nuances in our multicultural city. The goal is to make every community member feel that Orlando Fashion is for them. If you encounter barriers to participation (for instance, someone can’t afford an event fee), alert us – we may have scholarship tickets or solutions. Ambassadors are encouraged to be advocates for inclusion on the ground.
Celebrate and Educate: Part of empowering the community is celebrating its achievements and educating its members. Use your voice to celebrate milestones – whether it’s congratulating a local designer on a new collection or acknowledging a community organization doing great work. Simultaneously, share knowledge: perhaps write a blog post about sustainable fashion for our site, or host a live chat about breaking into the fashion industry. By spreading knowledge and positivity, you reinforce Orlando Fashion’s role as a community hub and resource.
Community Code of Conduct: While engaging with the community, remember that our Community Guidelines apply. Ambassadors should exemplify those guidelines publicly. Encourage respectful dialogue, creative expression, and constructive collaboration. If you see anyone at our events or online community violating our standards (e.g., being disrespectful or exclusionary), politely remind them of our community values or involve an Orlando Fashion staff member to mediate. Creating a safe, empowering environment is a collective effort – lead by example.
This Ambassador Code of Conduct is a living document that reflects Orlando Fashion LLC’s values and expectations. By becoming an Orlando Fashion Ambassador, you agree to abide by all the policies outlined above, as well as any additional guidelines provided during your tenure. Please note the following in terms of compliance and commitment:
Acknowledgment: All Ambassadors must sign an acknowledgment (physical or electronic) confirming they have read, understood, and will adhere to this Code of Conduct. This agreement signifies your commitment to represent Orlando Fashion with integrity and passion.
Adherence to Company Policies: In addition to this Code, Ambassadors are required to follow all relevant Orlando Fashion LLC policies, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Social Media Policy, and any Ambassador Program Agreements that you sign upon onboarding. These documents provide more detailed guidance on specific situations and should be considered extensions of this Code of Conduct. If there is any uncertainty or perceived conflict between policies, please seek clarification from the program coordinator.
Training and Resources: Orlando Fashion will provide training and resources to help you meet these expectations – whether it’s workshops on social media best practices, guidelines on using brand assets, or sessions on diversity and inclusion. Ambassadors are expected to participate in any mandatory training sessions and are encouraged to take advantage of optional learning opportunities. Staying informed and skilled is part of your commitment to excellence in this role.
Policy Updates: As our company and the social landscape evolve, Orlando Fashion LLC may update this Code of Conduct or related policies. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes, and updated versions will be made available. You agree to review and abide by updates as they are provided. Typically, we will also hold a refresher meeting or send a summary of major changes to ensure understanding.
Questions and Support: If you have questions about any aspect of this Code or encounter a situation not explicitly covered here, reach out to the Ambassador Program Manager or your Orlando Fashion point of contact. We encourage open communication – it’s far better to ask for guidance than to make an uncertain decision that could violate policy. We are here to support you in your role.
Mutual Commitment: Remember that this is a partnership. Orlando Fashion LLC is committed to treating its Ambassadors with respect, providing a fun and enriching program experience, and valuing your contributions. In turn, we ask that you commit to these standards of conduct and perform your ambassadorial duties with sincerity. Together, by holding ourselves accountable to this Code, we ensure the Ambassador Program remains a source of pride, positive impact, and community transformation.
By upholding this Ambassador Code of Conduct, you play a pivotal role in fostering a creative, professional, inclusive, and empowered community around Orlando Fashion LLC. Our ambassadors truly are the heart of our brand, as evidenced by their contributions both online and at local events. We thank you for your dedication and for being an inspiring example to others. Let’s continue to discover, connect, and inspire together – transforming the Orlando fashion scene and beyond with integrity and imagination.
